Lately I am obsessed with taking pictures of men’s hands. There is something about it that fascinates me… Some people may call it fetish, I call it socializing and apparently I am not the only freak around!
OFR Paris is a wonderful bookstore which I visited yesterday and bought 2 magazines. From the huge amount of ‘paper fun’, I choose: The Life of Things and Bite Me.
THE LIFE OF THINGS, THE SINK ISSUE: a fascinating contemplation on pipes, garbage, plumbers, drama, history, art, culture, politics and anything you can imagine! Really cool, contemporary storytelling:
[…] 2. around the sink
“SINKS SPEAK VOLUMES ABOUT WHO WE ARE AND HOW WE LIVE. PART 2 FEATURES THE BIRTH OF THE KITCHENETTE, SINKS FOR GENEVER DRINKERS, PATHOLOGISTS AND BABIES, “KOMMUNALKA” SINKS, SITCOM SINKS AND SINK-LESS EXPERIMENTS.” […]:
And it gets better!!!!!!!!!
[…] “COLLAPSE AND DISSOCIATION AS PRACTICES IN CONTEMPORARY CELEBRATION CULTURE REFLECTING THE SPIRIT OF THE CURRENT CIVILIZATIONAL TRANSITION TOWARDS NO FUTURE” (text by Ashkan Sepahvand for The Life of Things, Sink Issue)
Conclusion: try to find inspiration in your routine, there’s nothing more complex and subtle
BITE ME, THE HAND ISSUE: and my love! The printed confirmation that I am not crazy and if I am, well, I am not alone)))))))
